European Court of Justice Rulings:
This observes that EU law is being interpreted correctly and resolves any matters of dispute. The European Court of Justice can make ineffective any piece of legislation which has been issued in European law. European legislation tends to be principled based and also that not detailed as UK law, which tries to make sure that ambiguity is eliminated as long as possible.
