Assignment Help:

Explain about the European court of justice rulings.

European Court of Justice Rulings:

This observes that EU law is being interpreted correctly and resolves any matters of dispute. The European Court of Justice can make ineffective any piece of legislation which has been issued in European law. European legislation tends to be principled based and also that not detailed as UK law, which tries to make sure that ambiguity is eliminated as long as possible.

Even though, there may be conflict among UK law and EU law, the EU is totally represented through UK members and vote onto all proposed law. When the UK did not desire to be directed through EU law at last Parliament could repeal the law that states UK’s membership of the European.
