The Coriolis effect is a deflection of moving objects when they are reflects in a rotating reference frame. In a reference frame with clockwise rotation, the deflection is to the left of the motion of the object; in one with counter-clockwise rotation, the deflection is to the right. Though recognized previously by others, the mathematical expression for the Coriolis force appeared in an 1835 paper by French scientist Gaspard-Gustave Coriolis, in connection with the theory of water wheels. In the 20th century, the term Coriolis force started to be used in connection with meteorology.
In 1.0s, 5.0x10^23 nitrogen molecules strike an area of8.0cm^2 at a speed of 300m/s. What is the pressure? (mass of one nitrogen molecule = 4.68x10^-26 kg.) I believe I should use
