Example of Logical built-in functions:
For equivalent to all the function, we should make sure that the entire elements in the vector are logically true. The one way of doing this is to count how many elements are true, and then contrast the count to the number of elements in the vector. Recall that any non-zero value can be used to present the concept of true.
