Suppose that lysine is dissolved into a buffer to a concluding concentration of 1 mM. Into this buffer, 80 percent of the lysine's side-chain amines are protonated. Define how you could construct 500 mL of a 1.0 M buffer at this pH by using your option of the given reagents:

Totally-protonated glycine (i.e., the "free acid" type), MM = 76 g/mol, into dry solid sodium salt of completly-deprotonated glycine, MM = 97 g/mol, into dry solid HCl, MM = 36.5 g/mol, within solution at 14.5 MNaOH, MM = 40 g/mol, into dry solid water
