In May 2011, [Accenture services Pvt. Ltd] joined as a senior process associate in BPO. This was my second Job and few months back, I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Marketing and Finance. My first job I got from campus placement in MISPL (My info services Pvt. Ltd.)  In the first Job, I was working as a marketing executive. When I was started my job I found that the communication gap and misrepresentation within management between directors and other vendors. We had enough idea about the situations and activities of directors but we were not able to communicate all these to the vendor because we were part of the business development team. Many of the employees were even not getting their salaries on a regular basis vendor or customers also were not getting proper response and services. In spite of having information we were not able to do anything. We know that the situation was not ethical but due to job safety and other fear factors, we were not expressing the whole thing and shared with others.

In this mean time I have decided to leave the company and went for an interview. After a number of interviews I got an opportunity to work with Accenture services private limited in Finance. Now there was another issue come that was how I show the experience of the last company in Accenture which was not relevant and another thing was that Accenture was only hiring the experience person so, I have already shown the 6 year experience in the interview time which was unethical.

To come up with these situations I have done following things: 1) I didn't inform my last company and leave the job from my info services Pvt. Ltd. 2) I talked with my relative where I worked as a part time when I was studying in school from experience letter and response at the time of verification. After a certain period of time I got to know that the MISPL (My info services Pvt. Ltd.) was closed due fraud case and now I am still working in Accenture and performing well.

There was one more intra-conflict situation come when I was planning to join the Accenture services Pvt. Ltd. that was I want to make my career in the field of marketing and I have completed my all projects (summer internship and dissertation) from marketing but due to situation I have to change my decision and I switched from marketing to finance which was not ethical because the probability of success was very low. But now, I feel that the decision was right I am performing extra-ordinary and moving towards success due to dedication and effort.

The objective of above essay is to cover the subject "Ethical dilemma" represented by the writer with some supporting circumstances. "Ethical dilemma is a complex related circumstance when there are some conflicts in the person's mind and sometimes it creates mental illness for the person because it is very complex issue which takes time to get resolved" Ethical dilemma does not have a clear cut response always and ethical issues are also related with the conflictions of interest.

Something unethical has been done by me due to the present situation and after that circumstances, I felt very bad but after certain period of time I felt that there was I done some unethical things but on the other hand I have also done some good things which was ethical.
