Drivers of CSR in hospitality and tourism businesses – Marriott International CSR initiatives 

2. What is the relevance and importance of the topic (from a theoretical perspective and practical point of view)? 

3. To what area of literature/ theory is your topic linked or derived? 

4. What are the possible specific research questions you can consider to address within the area described in (1)?  

5. What kind of data and information will be needed to answer one of the possible research questions in (4), and how will obtain these? 

Scenario two:

Tourism Destination Competitiveness – Comparison between Dubai and Istanbul 

2. What is the relevance and importance of the topic (from a theoretical perspective and practical point of view)?
