Enciphering by a shift method, MATLAB Programming

Hello! How to cipher on Matlab the message consisting eight symbols. At first the message shares on blocks. Then in each of blocks shift of symbols is carried out.
The initial text: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
The ciphered text: 7 8 5 6 3 4 1 2
