a. Describe the effects on the cable with the aircraft at sea level compared to 35,000 feet. Like coefficient of expansion at sea level and on 35,000 feet, resistivity.

2. A parallel plate capacitor was originally constructed using air as the dielectric. For another application, we need to change the dielectric to Mica.
