Effects of Accidents
The accidents are always undesirable. They result in loss of life and property. They produce evil effects on workers, families employers and on the society. The bad effects of the accidents are as follows:
1. Effects on the victims and their family members: Humanitarian consideration is an important factors. The social and economic life of the injured employee is disturbed. The injury and disability causes the followings problems:
a. Physical suffering of the injured.
b. Spending the rest of his life with reduced ability and earnings.
c. Accident produces the psychological effects upon the injured.
d. It reflects upon the future life of the dependents of the employees.
