Please furnish me with the basic restoration plan for the Marshall wetland located in Liberia. This wetland is of mangrove type, has invasive species (c. Odorata, has a physical pressure on mangrove swamp from cutting the trees for fuelwood, and has increasing human settlement. Additionally, it has an Island of chimpanzees,which were brought onto it for medicinal research (hepatitis and related study), but are now abandoned on the island. Moreover, the three rivers that run through the wetland(Marshall Wetland), one of the Ramsar sites in Liberia, are being heavily fished in , catches include fingerlings. Please apply the nine features of a restored ecosystem in amswering the question/plan.
