What is the difference between Print Preview and Layout Preview?

Print Preview and Layout Preview

When a report is observed in Print preview, it appears almost exactly as it would as when printed. MS-Access does the entire essential math for calculated and summary fields. In contrast if you view the report in layout view, Access does not do all the calculations. As this is a quick way to check your work as you design the repot.
