Critical Path - Activity on Node
The project precedence table shown below provides the relationships and durations of all activities. Based on end-of-day calculations for starts and finishes, use a critical path analysis to determine the project duration and Critical Path.
Where there are multiple paths between subsets of activities, analyze the subsets to find the longest time path, then string together the longest subset paths to complete the critical path from start to finish.
