Q. Determine the performance of a parallel algorithm?

One more method of determining the performance of a parallel algorithm can be performed after calculating a parameter known as speedup. Speedup can be described as the ratio of the worst case time complexity of the fastest known sequential algorithm and the worst case running time of parallel algorithm. Fundamentally speedup concludes the performance improvement of parallel algorithm in comparatively to sequential algorithm.
