Fantasy Sports Programming

I want a Fantasy sports program like yahoo's fantasy platform. I want my users to be able to create leagues, and have a draft of players. They want to be able to drop and add players to their teams. I want to have different statistics that the players will get as well as generate points for the user who has them on their team and each league will keep track of their own user points and declare winners based on the points. Again like Yahoo's fantasy platform. The site that I have is a wordpress site so the page created to run the fantasy sports side will want to have the same theme layout of the rest of the site. Likewise I need a payment feature for when people create leagues or games they can assign a dollar amount to it. Each client will need to be able to pay a monthly fee to be a member of the site if they want to be a premium member. For paid games the winners will need to have their winnings added to their website account showing in the upper hand side of the website and then be able to.
