Require a experts in Ruby on Rails developer for iOS and Android API

I have a mobile app on iOS as well as Android which runs on a Ruby on Rails API. I would like to make some extensions to the app and would need some work on the API and if needed admin interface.

1) I would like to execute SSL protocol

2) Currently the users can utilize the app in two ways- as unregistered with some restrictions as well as as registered using Facebook Connect. And I would like to implement the registration with the email. Consequently this is what would need to be done on the API including all that comes with setting up and email account (example verification of an account, sending once again verification email, changing the password, forgetting the password, signing up, logging in etc.)

Moreover the application currently works in a manner that the registered users earn points through their activity in the app. And the idea is (my former programmers said it's possible) that if the user would sign up/log in using the same email as he has used when logging in using FB Connect, his account
