In addition, the counsellee is encouraged to choose the goals, make the decisions, and take responsibility for the decisions. The counsellor has faith in the counselee to work out the problem. The success of the method depends on ability and intelligence of the counsellee. The non-direct method of counselling is most appropriate and more often used approach.
