Q. Describe the Hardware complexity of Benz Network?
Hardware complexity of Benz Network: Benz network employs lesser switches and it gives good connectivity. To come across hardware complexity of Benz network let's suppose
N = 2n => n = log2 N
Number of phases in N input Benz network = 2n-1 = 2 log2 N -1
Number of 2Χ2 switches in every stage = N/2.
Total number of cells in network = (N/2) (2 log2 N-1) = Nlog2N- N/2
Number of switches in various networks for different inputs is displayed in the following table:
Input

So we can analyze from above table that for larger inputs Benz Network is the best since it has the least number of switches.
Disadvantages of OSPF protocol i) Single Area ii) High Hardware Requirements iii) Troubleshooting

What are the functions of the typical server program? Ans) It waits for client-initiated requests. Implements many requests at the similar time. Takes care of VIP clients first.
How do we continuously ping an IP Address?
Path Overhead It is part of SPE and contain followings information: Performance monitor of synchronous transport , signal , path , track ,parity ,checks, and path status.
