Before we describe association design let us define association "Association is set of links between two objects in the object model". It is helpful in finding paths among objects. It is a conceptual entity, which could be used for modeling and analysis. At final phase of advance object design, we must use strategy for applying association in object model. Association is also termed as "a collection of links between two objects having common structure and common semantic".
