Describe about Arithmetic and Geometric Series?
When the terms of a sequence are added together instead of separated by commas, the sequence becomes a series. You will use series in higher mathematics. Example 1: 3 + 6 + 9 + 12 + ...The pattern is add three to the previous term. When the pattern is to always add or subtract the same number, you have an arithmetic series. Example 2:1 + 2 + 4 + 8 + ...The pattern is multiply two to the previous term. A series that has a pattern of multiplying or dividing by the same number is called a geometric series.
Linear Equations - Resolving and identifying linear first order differential equations. Separable Equations - Resolving and identifying separable first order differential
Ratio Test In this part we are going to take a look at a test that we can make use to see if a series is absolutely convergent or not. Remind that if a series is absolutely c

Theorem If {a n } is bounded and monotonic then { a n } is convergent. Be cautious to not misuse this theorem. It does not state that if a sequence is not bounded and/or

Frederick bought six books which cost d dollars each. What is the total cost of the books? Frederick would multiply the number of books, 6, through how much each one costs, d.
For the initial value problem y' + 2y = 2 - e -4t , y(0) = 1 By using Euler's Method along with a step size of h = 0.1 to get approximate values of the solution at t = 0.1, 0
