Define Time Sharing.

Time Sharing: Sharing of a computing resource among various users by means of multiprogramming and multi-tasking is termed as timesharing. By permitting a large number of users to interact concurrently along with a single computer, time-sharing is dramatically lowered the cost of giving computing ability, made this possible for individuals and organizations to utilize a computer without owning one, and promoted the interactive utilize of computers and the development of latest interactive applications.
