Define the Precursor of co-enzymes - Functions of riboflavin?

The major function of riboflavin is to serve as the precursor of the coenzymes FMN and FAD and of the covalently bound flavins. These coenzymes are widely distributed in metabolism. The role of FMN and FAD as part of enzymes or as coenzymes:  are shown in Table.
