Define Successive Approximation Digital to Analog Converter?
Successive approximation ADCs transform analog signals to digital data by comparing the incoming analog signal along with a reconstructed guess from a DAC that sequentially doubles every guess on every clock cycle.
The feedback in a Sigma Delta ADC is made from averaging a 1-bit DAC sampled at an extremely high rate. Sigma Delta ADCs are extensively used due to their reasonable pricing and digital reliability.
An electroscope charged WITHOUT contacting a charged body is charged by: a) Induction b) Conduction c) Convection d) Insulation Ans: An electroscope char
Define the general purpose embedded system. a. General purpose microprocessor For illustration, Intel 80x86, Motorola 68HCxxx or Sparc b. Embedded general purpose process
Q. Explain Digital control systems? Significant progress has been made in recent years in discrete-data and digital control systems because of the advancesmade in digital compu
short note on cumulative error
Kirchoff's Current Law The total current entering a node in a circuit is equal to the total current leaving that node. A Node is a junction between two or more components.
Q. Sketch g m versus v GS for a JFET with I DSS = 10 mA, V P = 3V, V A = 100 V, and v DS = 10 V. See what happens if V A →∞. Also sketch r o versus v GS .
Q. For the mechanical spring-mass-friction system shown in Figure, the differential equation relating the force F(t) and the velocity u(t) is given by where M is themass,D
Q. Can you show Binary Number Formats? We in general write binary numbers as a sequence of bits (bits is short for binary digits) and we have defined boundaries for these bits.
Explain the Johnson Counters? The Johnson counters are a variation of standard ring counters with the inverted output of the last stage fed back to the input of the first stage
Q. Give a brief description of differentiating circuits ? Differentiation is a measure of the rate of change. A differentiating circuit produces an output voltag
