In this, we learnt about the nutritional needs of the elderly, and in doing so we have also focused on many other aspects such as who do we define as elderly, what is an ageing process and the impact of nutritional status on the health of older adults. We then saw what are the age-related changes in body composition and the various techniques for measuring the same.
