Assuming you agree with Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs" how would you use the theory to motivate employees? If you accept theory "Y" assumptions, how would you be likely to motivate employees? What significance do intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors have with regards to Herzberg's Motivational Theory? What did Herzberg conclude regarding how to motivate people on the job?
