Each of the various proteins in the body serves a specific function in the maintenance of life. Any loss in body protein, in reality, means a loss in cellular function. Cells, tissues, organs and whole systems cannot exist without proteins serving their various functions. So let us get to know the varied functions of proteins in our body.
