Define the Etiology and Clinical Features of alzheimer's disease?

The probable risk factors include a genetic basis, head injury, low education level, Down syndrome and mother's age at birth. However, no single factor has been proven to be responsible for this disease. The clinical manifestations of Alzheimer's disease along with the nutrition related changes may be divided into three stages. Impairment of a wide range of neurological functions is involved, being a disease of the cortical neurons.
