Cutting Test:
Once the sand blasted blade were went through the washing process. Quality Control technician will randomly pick 15 pieces of blade to go for cutting test. Blade had a specific requirement for cutting force and cutting angle. The required cutting angle is 30 degree. Average of blade cutting force may not exceed the cutting for of 1.3N.
