Customize a oxyclassified website

Project Description:

i have being working with this site for a while but i just found out a few thing that i would like to change.

it is a website to post adds, it has a option where i will give to my user a dealer page so they can have all their ads in one page with their own logo, so i would like to have the alternative for the user to buy their dealer page with a few simple steps , without me having to approve it, so they can use their credit car or paypal to pay for it, so i think the website it should have a button on the home page that will bring the user to the page where he will buy the dealer page, that page should ask for the user info and the dealer location and the category,

second, this website has the option to post adds in different cities in one country, and it gives the user the ability to selects his local city so he can see the adds posted in his city, the problem is when the user try to see the dealers, the website will indicate the dealers from every city in the country, so i need it to show the dealers just from where the user has chosen his location,
