Counting in a While Loop:
Whenever it is not known ahead of the time how many values will be entered into the script, it is often essential to count the number of values which are entered. For illustration, if numbers are read into the script, and then the average of the numbers is preferred, the script should add them together, and keep the track of how many there are, in order to compute the average. The variation below on the script counts the number of numbers which the user successfully enters:
Three-dimensional pie and bar: For the bar3 function, x & y vectors are passed and the function displays three-dimensional bars as shown in figure: Figure: Three-dimen
Three-Dimensional Plots: The MATLAB has many functions which will display three-dimensional plots. Most of these functions have similar name as corresponding two-dimensional p
Illustration of Writing to files: Here is the other illustration in which a matrix is written to a file. At First, an arbitrary 2 × 4 matrix is generated, and then it is writt
Matrix of Plots: The other function which is very useful with any type of plot is subplot that creates a matrix of plots in the present Figure Window. The three arguments are
Illustrations of Variable number of output arguments: In the illustrations shown here, the user should actually know the type of the argument in order to establish how many va
Strings as Vectors: The Strings are considered as vectors of characters-or in another words, a vector in which each and every element is a single character-so numerous vector
Illustration of Variance For illustration, for the vector [4, 6, 1, 5], there are n = 4 values therefore n - 1 is 3. The mean of this data set is also 4. The variance will be
Program of built-in factorial function: Calling this function yields similar result as the built-in factorial function: >> fact(5) ans = 120 >> factorial(
Using Functions with the Vectors and Matrices: As MATLAB is written to work with the vectors and matrices, the whole vector or matrix can be passed as an argument to the funct
Built-in functions for Complex numbers: We know that in MATLAB both i and j are built-in functions which return √-1 (therefore, they can be thought of as built-in constants).
