HCL line and injection pump shall be Teflon lined and disposal tank shall be internally coated with special high temperature formula reinforced epoxy resin(eg. Novolac).
If disposal water is not contaminated with H2S, Disposal filters material shall be Monel; otherwise, internal coating is an acceptable option.FRP material is recommended for disposal line; alternatively, CS with internal plastic liner may be employed. Decompression case shall be considered when internal liner or coating has been specified.
