Project Description:

We would like to prepare a writing service website. We need to make it very simple > someone come to the site to purchase content for a project > client picks what kind of project > Keyword ready article, ebook of less than 50 pages, blog post or emails, white paper...etc > client click articles and it takes them to the category and price page > client picks category and cost > client is sent to the description page> client fills out data and sends> writers get the information and first one to agree gets the project> writer has a set amount of time to get the content to client > client obtains content excepts or has a re-write done> when client is happy they release monies.

We will want to have money transferred from paypal or bank to website account to hold until project is accepted by client. Security at all levels because of the information concerning money transfers.

Skills required are C++ Programming, PHP, HTML5, SQL, Website Design
