Q. Conference method?

Conference method: under this method a conference is held in accordance with an organized plan. Mutual problems are discussed are participants pool their ideas and experience in attempting to arrive at better methods of dealing with these problems. The members of the group come to each other and to learn together. Conferences may include BUZZ sessions which divide conferences into small groups of four or five for intensive discussions. These small groups report back to the whole group with their conclusions or questions. This method is ideally suited for analyzing problems and issues and examining them from different viewpoints. It helps in developing conceptual knowledge reducing dogmatism and modifying attitudes.
