• Fatigue study.

b) Functional foremanship: If a worker has to perform 6 or more operations he would receive instruction from as a lot of specialists (foreman).

b) Responsibilities of management: The responsibilities of management are: -

• Planning: analyse each stage of operation and develop scientific methods for performing every work and to find the easier, cheapest and quickest way to finish the work and achieve the goal.
