Complete the specification of chatter, JAVA Programming

Complete the specification of CHATTER, and specify ChatterLists.
Implement these ADTs in Java with an abstract class Chatter and a class ChatterList.
Use javadoc to generate html APIs for these classes that include comments on all members.
Test your implementation using a concrete subclass, TestChatter, of Chatter. Your Maude and Java tests should test the same behaviour.
Submit your work using the Departmental submission system.
