Q. Can you explain about Cardiomyopathies?

Cardiomyopathy is a primary disorder of heart muscle that may cause cardiac dysfunction and is not related to any obvious disease process. It is heart muscle disease of unknown cause or association.

There are many ways in which Cardiomyopathies are classified e.g. WHO classification, Functional classification, Etiologic classification, classification based on endomyocardial Biopsy findings and therapeutic classification.
