Briefly explain about the Sit-ups Test?

To measure muscular endurance, bent knee sit-ups can be done. Sit-ups begin with the subject lying flat on their backs with their knees bent at approximately a 90- degree angle and feet flat on the ground. Other individuals hold subject's ankles to the ground with their hands. The subjects may interlock their ringers behind their heads or cup their hands over their ears. Applicants begin by raising the upper body forward to the vertical position, touching the elbows to the knees, and then lowering the upper body until the upper portion of the back has touched the ground. This is one repetition. Subjects perform as many correct sit-ups as possible in one minute.  Higher the number better is the muscular endurance.
