Page replacement approach is fixed as follows. If no frame is free, we search one that is not presently being used and free it. We can free a frame by writing its contents to swap space, and changing the page table to show that the page is no longer in memory.
Another solution then would be to keep a pool of threads. Whenever a new task arrives, the system would simply get a thread from pool and set that thread to work on the given task.
