Assignment Help:

Bravis lattice or Bravis crystal system:The ideas of space lattice was introduced by Bravis in 1990.According to this there are 14 possible types of space lattices in the seven basic crystal systems: one triclinic, two monoclinic, four orthorhombic, two tetragonal, one hexagonal, one rhombohedra and three cubic. Infect it has been proved mathematically that there are only fourteen independent ways of arranging points in three dimensional space such that each arrangement confirms to the definition of a space lattice.
