Transfer  Functions

Change the last bilinear interpolated images and the original images into the frequency domain using the FFT.  Try to measure the magnitude transfer function and show it, investigate ways to approximate the transfer function.  Use the approximated functions to better the PSNR and SSIM of the interpolated images and comment on the results.
