Appeals - Court-Martial

In fact in Section 115 of the Armed Forces Act including a person who has been convicted through a court-martial to appeal to the High Court either against the sentence or conviction or may both.  Whether Attorney General, there may also appeal to the High Court within forty days of an acquittal.

Conversely inS.115 (3) of the Act states that the decision of the High Court on any appeal underneath the Act shall be final and shall never be subject to supplementary appeal.
