Administration Costs Budget

This represents the costs of all administration expenses. Every department or budget centre will be responsible for the preparation of its own budget. Secretarial, Management, Accounting and Administration costs that cannot be directly concerned to the production are involved here. The budget will be mainly incremental that is previous year's figure will tend to apply for its next budget along with an allowance for inflation.
