Your boss asks you if you believe ethics are important for a company and, if so, why do you feel that way?

Just as you are about to respond to her, she says to you, "I am sorry. I really have to run. I'm late for my weekly poker game. But, I want to continue our conversation tomorrow." As she starts to walk away, she suddenly stops and turns to you and says, "You know, I think poker and business are exactly the same. Lying and bluffing are acceptable in both so there are no ethical issues in either case. What do you think?" She then turns and hurries out the door.

How would you respond to your manager and why would you respond that way?

can you use Kant's Philosophy as a reference. I'm not familiar with Kant's Philosophy.
