Topic: The motivation levels of employees can vary greatly across an organization, are driven by many different factors, and can be modified through intended or unintended efforts. We have found that the likelihood of positive results associated with organizational change efforts is directly correlated with recognition of and attention to employee motivation levels. Employee motivation directly affects the chance of success for an organizational change.
Criteria: Cite papers that support that link, show what factors influence motivation, and present recommended actions to increase the chance of success.
