Write an application in C# (it must include GUI as well as at least one user-defined class) that computes the fee for parking a car in a parking garage. Minimum requirements: the user should provide Time In and Time Out. The application should calculate the cost of parking in the garage for the specified amount of time. Assume the parking costs six dollars per hour. When calculating the total time spent in the garage, you can ignore the seconds value but treat the minute as a fraction of an hour. Assume that no overnight parking is allowed, so each car leaves the garage on the same day in which it arrives.
