- Use active voice and parallel structure
- Include a positive and forward-looking final sentence, specific to this email message

Avoid canned phrases like, "I look forward to hearing from you" or "If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask"
- Include closing and signature block (first name, last name, Jindal School of Management '23, email)
- Address the question completely and clearly, use proper transition words/phrases that carry the reader from one idea to the next
