Mentorship from Three Different Sides: Being mentored, and mentoring others, can be highly rewarding. By being mentored, you can learn valuable skills from someone who is highly experienced in your career field. By mentoring others, you can pass on your knowledge to help the next generation to succeed.
Select ONE choice, you may write about being mentored, mentoring others, or reverse mentorship. Share your own experience, in your own words.
• Choice I: My Mentor. Write about someone you consider to be a mentor. Tell us who the person is (you can use a fake name) and provide a specific instance of something this person has done that you have learned from.
• Choice II: Mentoring Others. Describe an occasion when you mentored someone else. Tell about who this person is (fake name is ok) and tell us something specific you have done to help this person. Get the best quality Business management assignemnt help.
• Choice III: Reverse Mentoring. Reverse mentoring happens when a more experienced employee learns something from a new employee. Describe an occasion when a new employee mentored you (if you are more experienced), or tell us about a time when you (as a new employee) were able to mentor a more experienced employee.
