You are required to write a research paper on a project that has been challenged, failed, or succeeded. The project should be large enough to have caught the attention of the press. If you select a failed project, you will evaluate the project for what went wrong. If you select a successful project, you will evaluate the project for what went right to contribute to the project success. The first step is to select a project for evaluation and complete Milestone 1. For detailed information regarding Milestone 1, please see the document located in Course Documents/Research Paper.
