Stock Research Assignment

Each student will choose a publically traded corporation on either the NYSE or NASDAQ and write a 5+ page report about the company's stock. Including, years in business, current performance, how it compares to the competition etc.

The research report is about Sony corp.

Your report should be written as if it was a requirement in order to obtain a job with that company. You need to impress your future employer with your analytical skills and make a recommendation as to where you believe the stock is headed and why.

If student do a well presented, structured and researched paper I often give extra credit.

The paper may use graphs and charts.

Students are welcome to work together to determine how to properly research a stock and what the report should look like. DO NOT HAND IN THE SAME OR SIMILAR REPORT FOR THE SAME STOCK.
