Write a program that prompts the user to enter a user name, then a password. If the user name is 'admin' and the password is 'mypassword' print the message "welcome, administrator!"

While logged in, the admin user can create another user with the command "create user" followed by the username and password in the form "create user chad pass123" These entered accounts should be stored in a multidimensional array with the first column being user names and the second column being their passwords.

The admin can type "logout" to get the message "goodbye!" and get prompted to enter new credentials. If the user enters a valid username/password combination, say "welcome, " .

Note that for a successful login, the user name must correlate to that user's password (ex. the adjacent cell).
