Write a paper detailing 2 different strategies that Netflix is using to customize it's offering for different countries. Within the discussions of each of the strategies, discuss how Netflix's operations configurations are presumably being altered or enhanced according to Mr. Hunt to support these strategies.

Operations configurations include primary activities (R & D, Production, Marketing & Sales, Customer Service) and secondary activities (information systems, logistics, human resources)
